History/ Background:

CORNIX is a privately owned Belgian manufacturer of storage systems. Established in1958 it is the last fully owned Belgian manufacturer.

In 2009 Cornix bought the Travhydro Storage systems business from the liquidator and they continue to manufacture these systems. I.e. mainly the drive-in system & the pallet racking system.

In 2011 they bought the Redirack business from the liquidator and they continue to manufacture this very well-known pallet racking system. Redirack used to belong to the Dexion group until bankruptcy of that group in 2003. At that time Redirack Belgium (existing since 1952) was bought via a management buy in and Redirack UK (existing since 1973) was bought via a management buy-out. Redirack Belgium again went bankrupt in 2005 and again in 2011.
